广西南丹瑶鸡PGC-1α基因646位点多态性分析 被引量:2

Polymorphisms Analysis of PGC-1α in 646 Locus of Guangxi Nandan-Yao Chicken

摘要 广西南丹瑶鸡是广西优良的地方品种,其特点是皮脂薄且肉质好,但其形成的分子机制不清楚。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅激活子1α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator-1, PGC-1α)是影响脂肪沉积的重要候选基因。本研究以广西麻鸡作为对照,利用PCR-RFLP技术分析了广西南丹瑶鸡PGC-1α基因646位点的多态性。结果显示,广西南丹瑶鸡和广西麻鸡PGC-1α基因646位点都存在A和G两个等位基因,A等位基因频率在广西南丹瑶鸡和广西麻鸡分别为0.35和0.23。AA、AG和GG3种基因型频率在广西南丹瑶鸡中分别为0.05、0.60和0.35,在广西麻鸡分别为0.07、0.33和0.6。本研究的结果提示A等位基因可能有助于减少广西南丹瑶鸡皮下脂肪的沉积。 Guangxi Nandan-Yao chicken is excellent local breeding, and is characterized by thin leather fat and good meat quality. However it is not clear on the its molecular mechanism. Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator-1 (PGC-1α) is one of important candidate genes affecting the fat deposition. The objective of current study was to analyze the polymorphisms of PGC-1α in 646 Locus of Guangxi Nandan-Yao employing the PCR-RFLP technology. Guangxi partridge was taken as the control breeding. The result showed that there were A and G two alleles in the PGC-1α locus in Nandan-Yao and Guangxi partridge. The frequency of A alleles was 0.35 and 0.23 in Nandan-Yao and Guangxi partridge, respectively. The frequency of AA, AG, and GG genotypes was 0.05, 0.60 and 0.35 in Nandan-Yao, respectively, while was 0.07, 0.33 and 0.6 in Guangxi partridge, respectively. The current study indicated A allele might be benificial to reducing the skin fat deposition in Guangxi Nandan-Yao.
