摘要
通过不同的卷取温度(680、620℃)下的光学显微组织分析对比研究了热轧工艺对热成形钢原材料晶间氧化层的影响。结果表明,热轧工艺尤其是热轧卷取温度对热成形钢原材料表面晶间氧化层深度的影响很大,并根据分析结果给出了合理的控轧控冷(TMCP)工艺。
/n order to study the effect of hot rolling process on intergranular oxide layer of hot stamping steel, theoptical microstructures at different coiling temperatures (680,620℃) are analyzed. The results show that the hot roll-ing process, especially the coiling temperature, has a great influence on he depth of intergranular oxide layer on the surface of hot stamping steel , and according to the analysisa reasonable TMCP process is given.
