摘要
肌肉中较高水平的磷酸肌酸浓度导致ATP数量的增多 ,因此补充肌酸能完成较大运动量。铬对肌肉的增长和血液降低胆固醇有间接作用。传统的 4 0∶30∶30磷水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质搭配饮食方法 ,把碳水化合物的摄入引入歧途 。
High amount of phosphoric acid creatine in the muscle leads to increase of ATP. Therefore,addition to creatine helps finish large amount of exercises. Chromium has indirect effect on muscle growth and cholesterol decrease. Traditional diet of 40% carbon-hydrate,30% fat and 30% protein is misleading. The athletes should have more carbon-hydrate.
