Analysis on Tour Guide Explaining Skills and Cultivation under the Comparative Perspective

近年来,随着旅游业发展,导游需求日益扩大,电子导游应运而生。该文拟通过对导游讲解能力的全面分析,对电子导游和人工导游的各自特点进行比较,厘清二者的关系及定位,在此基础上,提出对人工导游讲解能力的需求和培训过程中存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出合理化建议,为导游讲解及培训工作提供借鉴。

In recent years,with the development of tourism development,there has been an increasing demand for tour guide,and electronic tourist guide has emerged at the right moment.This paper comprehensively analyzes the tour guide explaining skills,and compares the characteristics of electronic tourist guide and artificial guide,in order to make clear the relations and positioning of the two,and on this basis,it raises the demand for artificial guide explaining skills and the main problems existing in training process,and guides rational suggestions for problems,to provide reference for tour guide explaining and training work.
