高职诊改工作的开展离不开人才培养工作状态数据采集与管理平台的使用,平台数据是诊改工作的基础,是诊改工作的依据。要提高平台数据采集质量,真正把数据作为学校管理和决策的依据,首先要解决原始数据的准确性、真实性、实时性问题,建立校本数据库,消除校园数据孤岛,为诊改工作奠定基础。

The diagnosis and reformation in higher vocational education is inseparable from the data collection of talent training and usage of management platform. The data is not only the basis, but also the reference of the diagnosis and reformation. In order to improve the quality of platform data collection, and actually take data as the basis of college management and decision - making , firstly, the accuracy, authenticity and real- time performance of the original data need to be improved ; secondly, a college - based database needs to be established ; thirdly, the isolated data needs to be eliminated, so as to set up the foundation for the diagnosis and reformation.
