河南信阳土鸡J亚群禽白血病血清流行病学调查

Sero-epidemiological investigation of avian leukosis subgroup J in native chicken flocks in the Xinyang area of Henan province in China

为掌握信阳地区J亚群禽白血病流行情况,于2016年3月—2017年7月,采用ELISA方法对信阳地区92个土鸡场1 649份血清样品进行检测分析。结果显示,阳性场55个,阳性场率为59.8%;阳性样品452份,个体阳性率为27.4%;不同月份阳性率有差异,2月、12月场阳性率最高,为100%,4月、5月未检出阳性样品;从个体阳性率来看,12月最高,为61.1%;不同规模鸡场阳性率差异不大,规模场阳性率为53.2%、个体阳性率为28%,散养户场阳性率为66.7%、个体阳性率26.7%。禽白血病在信阳已经普遍存在,今后要采取措施加强对该病的净化及根除工作,有效控制其蔓延。

To understand the epidemic situation of avian leukosis subgroup J in the Xinyang area of Henan Province in China,the ELISA method was adopted to test and analyze 1649 serum samples from 92 local chicken farms from March 2016 to July 2017. The results showed that 55 farms were positive,with a positive rate of 59. 8%; 452 samples were positive,with a positive rate of 27. 4%. The monthly positive rates varied： the rate of positive farms was the highest in February and December（100%）,but no positive samples were detected in April and May. The rate of positive individuals was the highest in December（100%）. Besides,the positive rates of different large-scaled farms varied insignificantly,with a rate of positive farms being 53. 2%. The rate of positive individuals was 28%,while 66. 7% free-range households turned out positive and the rate of positive individuals was 26. 7%. It＇s evident that avian leucosis is already ubiquitous in Xinyang,and efforts must be taken to purify and eradicate this disease,so as to bring it under control.
