SWOT Analysis on Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Treatment

目的:探索临床药师参与多学科综合治疗的发展策略。方法:通过SWOT分析,对临床药师参与多学科综合治疗(MDT)的优势、劣势及其所面临的机遇与挑战进行阐述,探索临床药师参与MDT发展的思路与对策。结果:临床药师参与MDT的优势-机遇发展策略为认真贯彻政策指导精神,发挥临床药师参与MDT的优势;优势-威胁发展策略为明确自身定位,积极培养沟通技巧;劣势-机遇发展策略为提高自身业务水平,紧跟药学服务转型的需求;劣势-威胁发展策略为明确自身定位,积极加入MDT团队,协助临床医师合理用药。结论:临床药师参与MDT团队,是新形势对临床药师发展的要求,需要临床药师充分利用自身优势与机遇,克服威胁与劣势。

Objective： To explore the development strategy of clinical pharmacists in multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment （MDT）. Methods： The development strategy was explored by systematically analyzing the strengths （S）, weaknesses （W） , opportunities （O） and threats （T） of clinical pharmacists in MDT. Results： The strengths-opportunities development strategy was to carry out policy guidance conscientiously and give full play to the advantages of clinical pharmacist in MDT; the strengths-threats development strategy was to identify self-positioning and actively cultivate communication skills; the weaknesses-opportunities development strategy was to improve business level and follow the demand of pharmaceutical service transformation; the weaknesses-threats development strategy was to identify themselves, actively participate in MDT and help with rational drug use. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists par- ticipating in MDT team is a new situation for the development of clinical pharmacists. It is necessary for the clinical pharmacists to make full use of their advantages and opportunities to overcome the threats and disadvantages.
