目的:探讨以PDCA循环理论为基础的临床药师工作模式。方法:结合医院抗感染药物专业临床药师工作实例,介绍以PDCA循环理论为基础的临床药师工作模式。结果:以PDCA循环理论为基础的临床药师工作模式讲求主动性、时效性和针对性,其既可以解决临床用药难题,也有利于临床药师加入临床治疗团队。结论:以PDCA循环为基础的临床药师工作模式有利于临床药师发挥作用,该工作模式受到临床科室的认可。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the PDCA cycle theory based working mode for clinical pharmacists.METHODS PDCA cycle theory based working mode for clinical pharmacists was introduced by analyzing the instances of work of anti-infective clinical pharmacist in our hospital.RESULTS PDCA cycle theory based working mode for clinical pharmacists strived for initiation,timeliness and pertinence,which could resolve the clinical drug problems and help clinical pharmacists to join in the clinical treatment team.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle theory based working mode for clinical pharmacists is helpful to playing the role of clinical pharmacists.This working mode is recognized by clinic departments.
