摘要
本论文阐述分布式电源的选址与定容的意义,分布式电源对配电网的影响与其接入位置和容量的关系。分析研究分布式电源的规划方法,建立电网潮流计算的各种约束条件,用数学方法描述分布电源选址与定容的问题,确定了利用遗传算法的求解步骤和流程图。基于matlab软件编写基于牛顿一拉夫逊算法的计算程序,应用程序计算出IEEE33节点配电网的潮流分布。基于网损最小为目标函数,采用遗传算法,在约束条件下进行潮流计算分析,得出光伏分布式的容量接入分布和电网的潮流分布,验证算法的合理性和通用性。并根据吐鲁番项目,基于接入量最大,网损最小,成本最低,效益最大为目标函数,采用此模型运算,得出最佳接入点和接入量。
This paper elaborates the significance of the location and capacity of distributed power and the influence of the location and capacity of distributed power on the distribution network. Analyze the planning method of distributed generation, establish various constraints of power flow calculation, describe the problem of distributed power location and volume determination by mathematical method, and determine the solving steps and flow charts by using genetic algorithm. Based on matlab software to write a calculation program based on Newton - Raphson algorithm, the application calculates the IEEE 33 node distribution network power flow distribution. Based on the minimum loss of the network as the objective function, the genetic algorithm is used to calculate and analyze the power flow under the constraint conditions. The distribution of photovoltaic capacity and the power flow distribution are obtained, and the rationality and universality of the algorithm are verified. According to the project of Turpan, the optimal access point and access quantity are obtained based on the maximum access, the least loss, the lowest cost and the maximum benefit as the objective function.
