摘要
通过对拆装式箱型房屋的水平纵向加载足尺模型试验,研究了其抗侧性能。试验结果表明:由于螺栓被拔出,立柱与顶底框角件之间会发生部分脱离,角件螺栓孔有轻微破坏,高强螺栓基本完好,节点的半刚性性能明显,角形截面立柱存在轻微的扭转变形,结构发生较大的侧移而不适于继续承受水平荷载,结构整体抗侧刚度较小。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,采用Spring 2线性单元模拟螺栓,立柱与角件之间采用接触处理,可以较好地模拟弹性阶段箱型房屋的整体抗侧刚度。
Through the test on the full-scale models of removable box houses under longitudinal horizontal load,the lateral resistance was studied. The test results showed that some of the detachment occurred between the column and the top and bottom frame corner fittings due to the bolts being pulled out. Bolt holes were slightly damaged,and the high-strength bolts were basically intact. The semi-rigid performance of the joints was significant,and the angular cross-section columns had slight torsional deformation. The structure was damaged by a large lateral deformation. The overall lateral stiffness of the structure was small. Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the Spring 2 linear element was used to simulate the bolt,and the contact between the column and the corner fittings was adapted. The model could be used to simulate the overall lateral elastic stiffness of the removable box house.
