离子色谱法测定混合饲料添加剂中的甲酸、乳酸和柠檬酸 被引量:6

摘要 本文建立了离子色谱法(IC),梯度淋洗同时测定饲料添加剂中甲酸、乳酸、柠檬酸的检测方法。样品经处理后采用ICS-5000离子交换色谱仪进行测定,ASRS-ULTRAⅡ4-mm阴离子抑制器,恒温电导检测器,Shodex SI-52 4E型阴离子色谱柱,柱温:30℃,进样体积:25μL,流动相:氢氧化钾溶液,梯度淋洗。此方法测定的各种有机酸线性关系良好(相关系数为0.9975~0.9991),线性范围为0.2~20mg/L,回收率介于85%~110%之间,变异系数均小于5%,分析方法快速简便。 This paper established the detection method for simultaneous determination of formic acid,lactic acid and citric acid as feed additive with gradient elution by ion chromatography(IC)While samples were treated,using ICS-5000 ion exchange chromatography for determination with ASRS-ULTRA II 4-mm anion suppressor,constant conductivity detector,Shodex SI-52 4E anion chromatographic column,column temperature:30℃,sample volume:25 μL,mobile phase:potassium hydroxide solution,gradient elution.All kinds of organic acid determined by this method was good linear relationship(correlation coefcient ranged from 0.9975 to 0.9991)The linear range was 0.2 ~20mg/L.The recovery rate was between 85%~110%,and the RSD was less than 5%.This analysis method is convenient and fast.
