摘要
为给无患子籽仁油的开发利用提供理论依据,以无患子籽仁为原料,采用正交试验方法,就提取籽仁油的各主要工艺参数的变化对籽仁油提取得率的影响情况进行了试验;并采用GC-MS分析法,对无患子籽仁油的成分进行了分析。试验结果表明,较优的提取工艺条件为:提取次数2次,提取温度80℃,料液比为1∶5,提取时间2 h,得率达41.63%。检测结果表明:无患子籽仁油中含有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、花生酸、亚麻酸、二十碳烯酸、山嵛酸、芥子酸等11种脂肪酸成分,其中C_(16)~C_(20)的脂肪酸占97%,不饱和脂肪酸含量在83%以上,油酸和亚油酸的含量均达到54%以上;无患子籽仁油的酸值为2.46 mg·g^(-1),皂化值为202.46 mg·g^(-1),碘值为0.985 3 g·g^(-1);无氰甙成分。
In order to provide some theorical basises for development and utilization of Sapindus mukorossi kernel oil,using S.mukorossi kernels as raw materials,influences of each main process parameter change on extration rate of kernel oil were studied by orthogonal experimental method.Components in S.mukorossi kernel oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The experimental results show that the better extraction process conditions were extracting 2 times for 2 hour at 80 ℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 5,and the extraction rate could reach 41.63%.The determination results show that,S.mukorossikernel oil contained 11 kinds of fatty acids,such as palmitic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid,and so on,content of C_(16)-C_(20) fatty acids accounted for 97%,content of unsaturated fatty acids accounted for over 83%,and contents of both oleic acid and linoleic acid accounted for over 54%.Acid value of S.mukorossi kernel oil was 2.46 mg·g^(-1),saponification value was 202.46 mg·g^(-1),iodine value was 0.985 3 g·g^(-1),and kernel oil didn't contain cyanophoric glycoside.
