哈蟆油对哮喘豚鼠炎性因子及肺组织病理变化的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨哈蟆油对哮喘豚鼠模型的影响和作用机制。方法健康雄性豚鼠60只,分为空白对照组,模型组,阳性对照组(地塞米松,1 mg/kg),哈蟆油高、中、低(400、200、100 mg/kg)剂量组,卵清蛋白激发造模,腹主动脉取血,酶联免疫法检测豚鼠血清中IL-4、IL-5、免疫球蛋白Ig E含量;HE染色观察肺组织病理学改变。结果与正常组相比,模型组IL-4、IL-5、IgE数量均显著增加差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组相比,阳性对照组,哈蟆油高、中剂量给药组IL-4、IL-5、IgE数量均极具显著性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。哈蟆油低剂量组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理结果模型组平滑肌增厚,炎性浸润较为显著,各给药组均不同程度得到改善。结论哈蟆油可缓解哮喘豚鼠模型的症状,其作用途径可能与降低机体炎性因子的分泌、改善免疫平衡有关。 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Ranae Oviductus on asthma guinea pig model.Methods 60 healthy male guinea pigs were divided into blank control group,model group,positive control group(Dexamethasone,1 mg/kg),Ranae Oviductus high,medium and low dose group(400、200、100 mg/kg).Using Ovalbumin to stimulate the model,collect blood from the abdominal aorta.Then detected the content of IL-4,IL-5 and Ig E in guinea pig serum by ELISA;Observed the pathological changes of lung tissue by HE staining.Results Compared with the blank control group,the content of IL-4,IL-5 and Ig E of model group increased significantly(P〈0.05);Compared with the model group,the content of IL-4,IL-5 and Ig E of Positive control group and Oviductus Ranae groups were significantly lower(P〈0.05).The pathological results showed that smooth muscle thickening and inflammatory infiltration were more significant in model group,each drug group were better than model group in different level.Conclusion Ranae Oviductus can relieve the symptoms of asthma guinea pig model and the mechanism may be related to reducing the secretion of inflammatory factors and improving the immune balance.
