摘要
目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术患者应用抗苗勒管激素(AMH)对卵巢储备功能评估的情况。方法选取40例具手术指征的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者作为观察组,另选取40例非子宫内膜异位症单纯行卵巢畸胎瘤剥除术的患者作为对照组,两组均进行雌二醇(E_2)、AMH、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)测定,并进行比较。结果观察组术前AMH水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前E2、LH、FSH水平及FSH/LH对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月观察组AMH水平明显低于术前,FSH/LH明显高于术前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前与术后6个月E2、LH、FSH水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组卵巢组织中AMH阳性表达率55.0%低于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,对AMH指标进行检测,可对卵巢储备功能发挥预测作用。
Objective To discuss the condition of anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)in evaluating ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods There were 40 ovarian endometriotic cysts patients with surgical indications as observation group,and another 40 non-endometriosis patients with simple ovarian teratoma stripping as control group.Estradiol(E2),AMH,luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were measured and compared in both groups.Results Before operatio,the observation group had obviously lower AMH level than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in E2,LH,FSH level and FSH/LH before operation(P〉0.05).In 6 months after operation,the observation group had obviously lower AMH level than before operation,and obviously higher FSH/LH than before operation.Their difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in E2,LH and FSH level before operation and 6 months after operation(P〉0.05).The observation group had lower AMH positive expression rate in ovarian tissue as 55.0% than 80.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts,the AMH index can be used to predict the ovarian reserve function.
