针刺联合中药熏洗治疗湿热血瘀型糖尿病足病

Acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation on the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis diabetic foot

目的探讨针刺联合中药熏洗治疗湿热血瘀型糖尿病足病临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的湿热血瘀型糖尿病足病患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予针刺联合中药熏洗治疗,2组患者均治疗4周。比较2组患者临床疗效、神经传导速度、中医症状指标分数。结果治疗后,2组患者的神经传导速度加快,中医症状指标分数均降低;与对照组相比,治疗组临床总有效率为85.29%,明显高于对照组的64.71%,治疗后神经传导速度加快明显,中医症状指标分数降低显著。结论针刺联合中药熏洗治疗湿热血瘀型糖尿病足病临床疗效显著,具有疏通经络,消肿散结,活血化瘀的功效,对于糖尿病足病所导致的足部疼痛、麻木、皮肤发红等临床症状具有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To explore clinical curative effcet observation of acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation on the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis diabetic foot.Methods Select our hospital 68 cases of in patients with damp heat and blood stasis diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The treatment group on the basis of the control group received acupuncture combined acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation.Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity was accelerated in both groups.Two groups of TCM symptom scores were reduced.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（64.71%）.The nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group was quicker than that in the control group.TCM symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation treatment on the treatment of damp heat and blood stasis diabetic foot is significant.It has the effect of dredging channels and collaterals,disperse swelling and dissipate binds,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.It has good therapeutic effect on the clinical symptoms of foot pain,numbness and skin redness caused by diabetic foot disease.
