摘要 为探究在"互联网+回收"背景下政府、企业和消费者三方的博弈关系,采用演化博弈论在分析政府、企业和消费者在不同策略下的成本和收益的基础上,构建了政府、企业和消费者三方主体之间的演化博弈模型,并运用系统动力学理论对演化博弈模型进行模拟仿真。结果表明,政府付出的监管成本以及政府对企业和消费者的财政补贴力度是影响三方博弈主体策略选择的重要因素。政府监管所付出的成本在一定限度内变动时,仅仅会影响政府的策略选择,而对企业和消费者的策略选择影响甚微;当政府加大对企业的财政补贴时,企业会更加积极主动的参与电子废弃物的回收,并且在该模型中企业更倾向于选择互联网方式进行回收。 In order to explore the game relationship among the government, the enterprise and the consumer under the background of "Internet + ", based on the analysis of the cost and benefit of different strategies of government, enterprise and consumers, the system dynamics method is used to construct the evolutionary game model among the three parties of the government, the enterprise and the consumer and carry out its simulation. The results show that the government 's supervision cost and the government' s financial subsidy to the enterprises and consumers are the important factors influencing the strategy choice of the tripartite stakeholders. When government regulation to pay the cost of changes within a certain limit, it will only affect the government's strategic choice, and have little effect on the choice of business and consumer strategy; when the government to increase the financial subsidies to enterprises, enterprises will be more active to participate in the recovery of electronic waste, and they are more inclined to choose the Internet way to recover in the model.
