摘要
溶剂萃取是经典的分离方法,但因溶剂毒性较大已不能满足现行的绿色化学的需求。现以聚乙二醇(PEG)-盐水体系液液萃取替代传统的溶剂萃取为例,探讨通过合理的实验设计,让学生在掌握萃取技术同时,又能了解科学研究的前沿,从而培养学生的创新意识。
Solvent extraction is a classical method of separation,but the toxicity of solvent is not enough to meet the requirment of green chemistry. Now with polyethylene glycol( PEG)-salt water system of liquid-liquid extraction alternatives to traditional solvent extraction as an example,and through reasonabel design of experiment,can not only make students master extraction separation technology,and aslo can understand the forefront of scientific research,cultivate students' innovation consciousness.
