细纱车间温湿度、回潮率分析及改进 被引量:2

摘要 对纺织厂细纱车间的温湿度、回潮率以及纱线的条干不匀率、百米质量不匀CV值和单纱断裂强力CV值数据进行采集整理,分析全年每月温湿度、回潮率情况,从月平均条干不匀率、月平均质量不匀CV值和月平均断裂强力CV值3方面讨论回潮率与纱线质量关系。结果表明,细纱车间温湿度和回潮率之间相关性显著,对细纱车间及细纱质量有极大影响,合理控制工厂温湿度及回潮率,确保纱线生产环境的稳定,有利于保证纱线的质量。 Collecting and sorting of temperature and humidity, moisture regain and the irregularity and yam, hundred meter CV% and the weight unevenness of single yarn breaking strength CV% data in spinning workshop. Analyze the monthly humidity and moisture regain of the whole year. The relationship between moisture regain and yarn quality was discussed in terms of the average dry rate of the month, the average weight of the month, and the monthly average fracture strength of CV%. The results showed that the significant correlation between tempera-ture and humidity and the moisture regain, spinning workshop has great influence on spinning workshop and yarn quality, reasonable control temperature and humidity and the moisture regain, factory to ensure the stability of the yarn production environment, to ensure the quality of yarn.
