摘要
目的探讨改进式产前健康教育在改善产妇产时认知行为及分娩结局中的作用。方法选取2016年4~12月在我院进行产检的产妇132例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组68例,观察组64例,其中对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用改进式产前健康教育干预,观察记录两组产妇的相关临床指标数据。结果观察组产妇的健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理状况和产时应对行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇自然分娩比例多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿的Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产后2 h的出血量少于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进式产前健康教育在改善产妇产时认知行为及分娩结局中的作用显著,还可有效缩短产妇总产程和减少产后出血,因而值得在临床上进行推广应用。
Objective To explore the role of improved prenatal health education in improving maternal cognitive behavior and delivery outcome.Methods From April to December 2016,132 parturients were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=68)and observation group(n=64).the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given improved prenatal health education intervention.The clinical data of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The awareness rate of maternal health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The scores of psychological status and coping behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The proportion of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P〉0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 2 hours after delivery,The total labor time was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of improved prenatal health education on improving cognitive behavior and delivery end of labor is significant.It can also shorten the maternal total labor process and reduce postpartum hemorrhage,therefore worth to promote the clinical application.
