摘要
阐述核安全级管接头抗震分析的一般步骤。基于有限元分析方法,在模态分析的基础上,采用等效静力法对管接头的抗震性能进行分析。分析管接头在自重、内压以及地震载荷作用下的应力响应,然后根据RCC-M规范和技术规格书的要求进行评定。结果表明,该管接头的结构设计满足RCC-M规范和相关技术规格书的要求。
The common procedure of seismic performance analysis of nuclear piping fittings was elaborated. By using finite element analysis software, and on the base of modal analysis results, the seismic behavior analysis of piping fittings was carried out by the equivalent static method. The finite element model of piping fittings subjected to dead-weight,pressure and seismic load was built to determine the stress responses. And then stress evaluation was performed in accordance with RCC-M code and technique specifications. The results show that the design of the nuclear piping fittings can satisfy the requirement of RCC-M code and the technique specifications.
