浅析我国旅游教育与旅游市场职业需求的契合性

A Compatibility Analysis of Tourism Education and Vocational Needs

我国旅游专业学历教育起步较晚,旅游相关专业学生就业率低且员工流失率高的现象,已逐渐受到学者和业界人士的关注。中国的旅游教育与世界旅游强国仍然存在很大差距,特别是人才培养模式和课程体系尚不能适应培养21世纪高素质旅游人才的需要,因此,有效提高中国的旅游人才培养质量和适用性是实现旅游教育适应旅游业发展的关键举措。

In the 21st century,the indicators of tourism industry in China have achieved leapfrog development and the tourism contribution rate to national economy is higher and higher. However,there is still a large gap between our tourism education and world leading tourism countries,especially talent training mode and curriculum system can not meet the need of cultivating high quality talents in the field of tourism of the 21 stcentury. The phenomenon of low employment rate and high churn rate within the tourism industry of tourism management students has gradually drew the attention of scholars and the industry and we point out that the practice ability is strongly stressed in the tourism industry. This paper explores the present situation of tourism education and talents through the analysis of the demand characteristics of tourism talents and current situation of tourism education. Finally,we put forward feasible suggestions for tourism education.
