摘要
针对丙烯腈装置冷冻机调速器更换后,机组负荷提不起来,通过进行调速器、主调节阀、负荷阀、主断气阀的现场调整试验,以及解体检查冷冻机的过流部件,确认事故原因,彻底清洗和润滑预旋叶片后,使问题得到解决。
The refrigerating skid in acrylonitrile plant couldn′ t reach to the load after changing its speed governor. W e checked on site the speed governors, main control valves, load valves, and main check valves,disassembled the flow passage components, washed and lubricated the prerotation vanes. The problems were solved.
