摘要
从质量的视角出发,创新性地给出科技金融系统稳定性质量的基本内涵,揭示科技金融系统稳定性质量的运行机理,从而依据DSR模型设计反映科技金融系统稳定性质量的综合评价指标体系。选取天津2008—2015年各年度相关指标的经验数据,对指标进行ADF平稳性检验,运用复合熵权法测度天津科技金融系统稳定性质量水平。结果表明:多年来天津科技金融系统稳定性质量显现"W"型变化趋势,且科技金融系统大致处于中度稳定状态,最后提出提高区域科技金融系统稳定性质量的对策建议。
From the perspective of quality,the basic connotation of the stability quality of the scientific and technological financial system was presented innovatively. This paper revealed the operation mechanism of the stability quality of the financial system,and the comprehensive evaluation index system which reflected the stability quality of the scientific and technological financial system was designed according to the DSR model. According to the data of the annual related indicators of Tianjin from 2008 to 2015,the index was tested for the stability of ADF. Then,the composite entropy method was used to measure the stability quality of science and technology financial system. The conclusion showed that the stability quality of science and technology financial system in Tianjin showed a trend of"W" change over the years,and the science and technology financial system was generally in a moderate stable state. Finally,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the stability quality of Tianjin science and technology financial system.
