摘要 工业触摸屏(Human Machine Interface,简称HMI)是实现操作人员与控制系统之间对话及其相互作用的一种专用的设备,种类繁多,应用广泛。本文以压铸机HMI的设计为例,通过分析西门子和威纶通两种触摸屏在加密设置、配方设计、报警管理、多状态开关等功能上的异同,探讨和总结了这两种触摸屏的应用特点和优缺点,为触摸屏的选型和设计提供更好的依据和方法。 Human Machine Interface (HMI), which is a kind of special equipment to realize the dialogue and interaction between the operator and the control system, has gained wide applications with multiple brands. In this paper, using the design example of die casting machine HMI, the similarities and differences in the encryption settings, recipe design, alarm management, multimode switch, etc. between Siemens and Weinview are analyzed. Based on the discussion, the application features, advantages and disadvantages are summed up about the two kinds of HMI, thus provide a basis for better selection and design of HMI.
