摘要
数字经济的发展正在深刻地改变着运营商的竞争环境,并对运营商的业务战略与运营本身产生了巨大的影响。本文重点以中国三大运营商为例,对数字经济时代下中国运营商的数字化转型进行了PEST与SWOT分析,并藉此构建了中国运营商数字化转型的PEST-SWOT模型,提出了中国运营商进行数字化转型的战略选择:(1)强化数据变现方式,实现商业模式转型;(2)加强战略业务转型,促进增长渠道拓新;(3)加强组织单元重塑,实现平台治理优化;(4)强化自主研发能力,引领竞争业态升级。本文既对中国运营商的外部竞争环境进行了分析,亦对中国运营商自身的资源与能力进行了审视,有助于中国运营商构建与融入新的数字经济生态,拓展商业增长模式,进而在新的竞争业态下基于数字化转型与平台治理优化而实现持续稳定的健康发展。
The development of digital economy is revolutionizing teleeom industry, with huge impact on its business strategy and operation. Based on the PEST-SWOT model, this paper analyzes the internal and external strategical factors. From the perspective of theirs own advantages and disadvantages, as well as the opportunities and challenges made by the change of macro environment, it makes suggestions on the digital transformation of Chinese telecom operators for strategy plans : ( 1 ) Achieve the transformation of business models by data monetization. (2) Upgrade key infrastructure and develop new source of growth. (3) Promote the capability of organization and optimize the ability of platform governance. (4) Strengthen the capacity for independent research and development to lead the competition upgrading. This paper not only analyzes the external environment but also reviews theirs own resources and capacities, which is helpful for domestic telecom operators to establish new digital ecosystem, develop business growth channels and achieve persistent development with theirs dominant strategy in digital transformation and platform governance.
