摘要
目的通过对门诊医生的弹性排班效果分析其对医生工作职业的满意度。方法将我院2015年至2016年的68名医生作为本次研究的对照组,而将在2016年至2017年的70名医生作为本次研究的研究组。对照组采用的排班方式是普通排班模式,而研究组采用的是弹性排班模式,对比两组医生的症状自评表、医生对排班的满意度。结果研究组的医生对排班的满意度比对照组的高,同时在症状自评表方面同样存在优势,P<0.05。结论门诊医生的弹性排班对医生工作职业满意度有着直接影响,同时弹性排班可提高医生满意度。
Objective To analyze the satisfaction of outpatient doctors with their work schedule by analyzing the effect of outpatients' flexible scheduling. Methods 68 doctors in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 served as the control group in this study, while 70 doctors from 2016 to 2017 served as the research group. In the control group, the general scheduling mode was adopted in the scheduling mode, while the elastic shift mode adopted by the study group was compared with the symptom self rating scale of the two groups of doctors and the satisfaction degree of the doctors to the scheduling. Results The doctors in the study group were more satisfied with the shift schedule than those in the control group, and also had the advantage in the symptom self-assessment form, P〈0.05. Conclusion Outpatient doctor's flexible scheduling has a direct impact on job satisfaction of doctors, while flexible scheduling can improve doctor satisfaction.
