摘要
对于圆形平盖上开孔,GB 150-2011针对不同的开孔情况分别给出了补强计算方法,通过工程算例计算,结合前人的研究成果,建议平盖上开多个孔时尽量使平盖上相邻开孔中心的间距不小于两孔直径之和。另外对比了SW6和PV软件在计算平盖单个开孔补强的不同,如果开孔满足GB 150-2011中不另行补强的条件则用PV软件计算,如果不满足则用PV或SW6软件计算均可。
With regard to openings on round flat covers,their different reinforcement calculation methods were stipulated in GB 150-2011 Standard,respectively. Based on the engineering examples calculated and previous research results,it's proposed that distance between two adjacent holes on the flat cover shall not be less than the sum of two holes' diameters. In addition,comparing the difference of single opening's reinforcement calculation method stipulated in PV and SW6 software respectively shows that,if the opening satisfies GB 150-2011 Standard and asks nothing of additional reinforcement,PV software can be used,if not,PV or SW6 can be used.
