中西医结合治疗先兆流产246例疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on 246 cases of threatened abortion

目的探讨中西医结合治疗先兆流产的疗效。方法对246例先兆流产患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各123例,对照组予以西药维生素E、舒喘灵治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予以中药益肾健脾汤治疗。结果治疗组123例应用中西医结合治疗者116例用药后1-3天腹痛及阴道流血停止,总有效率94.3%,无效7例5.7%;对照组用药后有效38例,有效率30.9%,无效85例68.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗先兆流产疗效好,安全无副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods 246 cases of threatened abortion patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 123 cases in each group, the control group received vitamin E, salbutamol treatment, treatment group received TCM Yishen Jianpi Decoction based on the treatment in control group treatment. Results The treatment group 123 patients were treated with combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine in 116 cases after 1-3 days of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, the total efficiency of 94.3%, invalid in 7 cases（5.7%）; the control group after treatment, 38 cases were effective, 30.9% effective, 85 cases ineffective（68.1%）, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good effect on threatened abortion, and it is safe and has no side effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
