锂电池正极材料镍钴锰酸锂中钴含量的测定 被引量:4

摘要 钴和亚硝基R盐能在p H=5.5的乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲液中生成可溶性红色络合物,在吸收波长为530 nm下,用基体匹配—高浓度示差光度法分析镍钴锰酸锂中钴的含量。并对该方法的分析条件进行了优化。实验表明:该方法测定锂电池正极材料镍钴锰酸锂中的钴回收率为95.19%~98.30%,相对标准偏差不大于0.605%,该方法操作简单,分析速度快,结果令人满意。 Cobalt and nitroso R salt can produce soluble red complex in pH = 5. 5 acetic acid sodium acetate buffer,at the absorption wavelength of 530 nm,the content of cobalt in LiCoxNiyMn1-x-yO)2 is analyzed by matrix matching high concentration differential spectrophotometry. The analysis conditions of the method are optimized. The experimental results show that the recovery rate of cobalt in LiCoxNiyMn1-x-yO2 is 95. 19% ~ 98. 30%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 0. 605%. The method is simple,fast and satisfactory.
