环磷酰胺生殖毒性的研究进展

环磷酰胺是临床常用的双功能烷化剂,广泛用于治疗恶性肿瘤和免疫性疾病,在治疗疾病的同时,也会引起骨髓抑制,胃肠道反应,脱发等不良反应。本篇通过查阅近20年的国内外文献,对环磷酰胺的生殖毒性给予综述,有望对环磷酰胺的毒性防治提供帮助。

Cyclophosphamide is a commonly used bifunctional alkylating agent in clinical, which is widely used in the treatment of malignant tumor and immune diseases. It can also cause side effects such as myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reaction and hair loss while treating diseases. This article by reviewing nearly 20 years of domestic and foreign literature then give a review on the reproductive toxicity of cyclophosphamide,is expected to provide a help for the prevention and treatment of cyclophosphamide toxicity.
