皮肤CT对蠕形螨形态学观察及与挤压法检测的对比 被引量:2

Comparative Study of Reflectance Confocal Microscopy and Squeezing-Scraping Detecting Method in Imaging Observation of Human Demodex Mites

摘要 目的采用在体反射式共聚焦激光显微镜对人体蠕形螨进行形态学观察,并与挤压法比较检测效果。方法选取本院门诊的面部丘疹脓疱、毛细血管扩张、痤疮样皮损,或同一部位存在几种皮损患者共100例。采用挤压法和在体反射式共聚焦激光显微镜,对每一受试者进行面部蠕形螨检测。结果在体反射式共聚焦激光显微镜检查的蠕形螨检出率为100%,挤压皮脂法检出率为71%,差异有统计学意义。结论在体反射式共聚焦激光显微镜能够获得更加精准的人体蠕形螨超微形态结构,这是一种快速、直接、无创的检测方法,其检测效果优于挤压法。 Objective To observe the morphological characteristics of human demodex mites u- sing reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM), and to compare the detection rate of squeezing-scraping method and RCM for measuring the density of Demodex mites. Methods A total of 100 patients clinically characterized by papules and pustules, telangiectasia, and acne vulgaris-like lesions, were recruited for dermoscopic and conofocal laser scanning microscopy examination to detect demodex mites on face. Results In all patients, detection rate of demodex mites using RCM was 100%, whereas that of queezing-scraping method was 71%, suggesting a significant differ- ence. Conclusion With a more accurate ultrastructure obtained, RCM is a rapid, direct and noninvasive method for Demodex-associated diseases and is superior to squeezing-scraping method for Demodex mite detection.
