摘要 建立了全在线凝胶渗透色谱净化-高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析辣椒油中罗丹明B的方法。样品用溶剂溶解,直接上全在线凝胶净化/定量浓缩联机系统净化后,联机高效液相色谱-串联质谱进样。罗丹明B标准溶液在1.0~50.0 ng/mL浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)为0.999 8。在添加量为1.0~10.0μg/kg时,平均回收率为85.75%~90.93%,精密度0.89%~2.33%。方法检出限1μg/kg,该方法灵敏度高、重复性好,净化时间短,显著地提高了工作效率,溶剂用量显著减少,降低了对环境的污染。 A method to determine rhodamine B in chill oil with all-online gel purifiant concentration(GPC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and mass spectrometry(MS) was built.Firstly,the sample was solved with solvent and then purified in the all-online gel purifiant and quantitative concentration system.Secondly,the sample was detected with HPLC and MS.The concentration of standard solution of rhodamine B was from 1.0 to 50.0 ng/m L.The peak area and concentration demonstrate a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.When the dosage was from 1.0 to 10.0 μg/kg,the average recovery rate ranged from 85.75% to 90.93%,and the precision degree was from 0.89% to 2.33%.With the detection limit of 1μg/kg,this method has high sensitivity,good repeatability and less purification time.The solvent consumption was also greatly reduced.
