摘要
缺血性脑血管疾病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,尽早恢复脑组织的供血供氧是挽救患者生命、降低致残率的有效手段,但脑组织恢复血氧供应后,却有可能发生更严重的损伤,即脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,CIRI)。本文将从兴奋性氨基酸毒作用、自由基损伤、钙超载、炎症反应方面对CIRI的机制作一综述,以期为其后续研究提供相关理论支持。
Ischemic cerebrovascular disease has become one of the major diseases threatening human health. To restore the oxygen supply and blood supply of brain tissue is an effective mean to save the life and reduce the disability rate. However,after brain tissue restores oxygen supply,the brain dysfunction has more serious injury,that is cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI). Excitatory amino acid toxicity,free radical injury,calcium overload and inflammatory reaction will be studied in this paper so as to clarify the mechanism of CIRI.
