“项目团队融合”双创教育模式构建 被引量:10

摘要 双创教育是促进高等教育变革的一项重要战略措施,迎合了"大众创业,万众创新"时代国家对创新人才的巨大需求。双创项目与学生团队是双创教育的两个重要构成要素,两者相互依赖、相互影响。双创项目的类型、技术、范围、规模、复杂度、创新性等要符合学生团队特征,学生团队在专业知识、技术能力方面的互补性、思维方式与价值观念的相容性要符合双创项目特征,实现双创项目和学生团队的有机结合与匹配。文章通过校企深度合作,建立企业"5R"资源共建共享机制、校企双导师与学生团队融合机制,将企业真实环境引入项目训练过程,将企业技术师资融入团队建设过程,创建双创教育良好生态环境,大力提升学生的双创能力。 The entrepreneurship and innovation(EI) education concept is an important strategy to promote higher education reform, and caters to the country's huge demand for innovative talents in this "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" era. As two core elements of EI education, EI project and student team are interdependent and interact with each other. On the one hand, the type, technology, scope, scale, complexity, innovation and other aspects of the project should conform to characteristics of the student team. On the other hand, student team's complementarity of professional knowledge and technical capacity, compatibility of thinking and values must meet the characteristics of EI education projects. Through the in-depth cooperation between school and enterprises, the present paper established the enterprise "5 R" resources co-construction and sharing mechanism, as well as the school-enterprise dual tutor and student team integration mechanism. The real enterprise working environment was introduced into the project training process, with enterprise technical staff integrating into the team building process. In this way, the model helps to create a beneficial environment for EI education and promote students' EI ability.
