摘要
介绍电极法水质硬度测定仪的工作原理,探讨该类仪器的计量特性和校准方法,提出了校准项目和技术指标。电极法水质硬度测定仪的主要技术指标:零点误差不大于5%,零点漂移不大于2%,浓度示值误差在±10%内,重复性不大于2%,温度示值误差在±0.5℃内,响应时间不大于60 s。用该拟定校准方法对水质硬度测定仪的计量校准结果进行统计,结果表明该法可行。
The principle of water hardness analyzer based on electrode method was introduced, and the metrology performance and calibration method for measurement were discussed. Calibration items and technical specifications of the instrument were determined which included zero-point tolerance not more than 5%, zero-point shift not more than 2%, mass concentration indication error within ±10%, repeatability not more than 2%, temperature indication error within ±0.5℃, and response time not more than 60 s. The method is used to calculate the calibration results of water hardness analyzer and was proved to be reasonable.
