摘要
华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院将卓越绩效管理理论运用于医院战略管理中,全方位提升医院战略管理水平。介绍了医院战略目标、战略规划的内容和制定流程,以及规划评价与调整、绩效预测的方法和指标,分析了在卓越绩效标准下医院管理存在的不足,提出了进一步提升战略管理水平的思考。
Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College HUST has applied excellent performance management theory in hospital strategy management to full promote hospital strategy management. the goal, content, process, assessment and adjustment, performance forecasting methods and index of hospital strategy planning making is introduced. Based on the problems analysis of hospital management under the standard of performance excellent, thoughts on further improve hospital strategy management are concerned.
