摘要
卓越绩效评价一定程度上弥补了现行医院评审标准的不足,有助于完善现代医院管理制度。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院运用卓越绩效理论,从强化医院高层领导作用、组织治理、社会责任3方面探索促进医院领导力提升路径,确保医院战略发展目标实现。
Performance excellent management can supply a gap of hospital accreditation standard in a certain degree and can help completing modern hospital management system construction. By applying performance excellent theory, hospital leadership promotion building is explored in aspects of leader role, organization governance and social responsibility to assure hospital strategy goal.
