摘要
门诊是医院贯彻落实医改政策的前沿,是改善患者就医感受的重要窗口。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院借鉴《卓越绩效评价准则》,从过程识别、要求确认、设计、实施和改进等方面对门诊进行过程管理,使门诊运行效率进一步提高,患者就医体验不断改善,医疗服务质量得到持续改进。
Outpatient is the front of the hospital to implement the policy of healthcare reform, and it is an important window to improve the patient's medical treatment experience. Drawing on the ideas of the Performance Excellence Criteria, Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology carries out process management from the aspects of the process of identification, confirmation, design, implementation and improvement, which has produced a remarkable effect: the clinic operation efficiency is further promoted, the patient's medical treatment experience is further improved, and the quality of medical service is continuously improved.
