医改环境下,华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院将卓越绩效模式实施框架和准则导入到医院药品调剂过程管理的各个阶段,探索了这种模式的可行性。通过加强医院药品调剂的过程管理,平衡和协调过程管理中的各种因素以提高医院药学工作效率,从而达到提升医院药学服务质量、彰显药学专业价值、提高患者满意度的目的。

Under the background of healthcare reform, Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College HUST combines the framework of performance excellence model with the process management of hospital drug dispensing, and discusses the feasibility and importance of this model. By strengthening hospital drug dispensing process management and balancing all kinds of influence factors of process management, the efficiency of hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical care quality, pharmaceutical professional value and patient satisfaction has been improved.
