近年来,人工智能在医疗服务领域取得飞跃式进展。文章介绍了人工智能和医疗人工智能的发展历程,重点分析了人工智能对医疗服务的5大机遇:帮助病人进行就诊前自我健康状况初步分析评估、帮助医师管理病人信息和提升服务水平、帮助医院引导和管理病人就医、缓解医疗人力资源紧张局面及重构医疗服务模式。提出了医疗人工智能面临的挑战:公民健康信息和患者隐私保护、医务人员的接受程度、经费筹集、风险责任规制以及医疗人工智能的法律主体地位等方面。

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence（AI） has been developing rapidly in the field of health care. This paper introduces the development history of Artificial Intelligence and Medical Artificial Intelligence. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in medical field. In opportunities, Medical Artificial Intelligence can help patients to conduct preliminary analysis and evaluation of self-health condition before treatment, help physicians to manage patient information and promote service level, help the hospital to guide and manage patients＇ medical treatment, and alleviate the situation of medical human resources. The challenges of Medical Artificial Intelligence included citizen health information and patient privacy protection, acceptance of medical personnel, financing, risk liability regulation and the legal status of Medical Artificial Intelligence.
