摘要
计算高层商住楼室内消防水量时,应将地下汽车库、商业、住宅三部分拆开计算,取三者中的大值作为该建筑的室内消防水量。地下汽车库计算按照GB 50067-2014《汽车库、修车库、停车场设计防火规范》取值,地上商业、住宅分别根据各自体量按GB 50974—2014《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》取值。设计中应全面掌握各消防规范的内容,根据其优先级和适用性进行合理设计,不应盲目取值、随意放大设计参数。
When calculating the indoor fire water requirement of high-rise commercial and residential buildings,the underground garage,the commercial building and the residential building should be calculated separately,and the maximum value of the three should be determined as the indoor fire water requirement of the building. The fire water requirement of the underground garage is valued according to "Code for fire protection design of garage,motor repair shop and parking area"(GB50067-2014),while the fire water requirement of the commercial building and the residential building is respectively valued according to"Technical code for fire protection water supply and hydrant system"(GB50974—2014). The contents of each fire protection code should be studied thoroughly in the design,and reasonable design should be given based on their priorities and applicability without blind valuation and enlargement of design parameters at random.
