“一带一路”倡议下国际法教学中国际关系理论的引入

On the Introduction of Theories of International Relations in the Teaching of International Legal Talent

国际法与国际关系理论之间具有密切的关系,只有结合国际关系相关理论理解与解释国际法问题,我们才能够把握问题的本质所在。然而,国内高校的国际法人才培养中长期存在严重忽视国际关系理论的现象。故迫切需要引入国际关系理论,这也是实施我国＂一带一路＂倡议、培养国际法专业人才的现实需要。为此,需要从在国际法学教材中适当增加国际关系理论内容、引导学生自学相关国际关系理论及重视对国际法与国际关系理论的跨学科研究等进路来实现。

International law and theories of international relations have a strong link. Only combing with relevant theories of international relations, we can know well problems of international law and grasp the essence of theirs However, theories of international relations have been awfully neglected for a very long time in domestic colleges training of international law talent. It is an urgent need to introduce relevant theories of international relations in domestic teaching of international law talent. It also needs to train of specialists in the field of international law for the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative. To achieve this, we need increase contents of theories of international relations in textbook on international law, guide students to self- study related theories of international relations and pay more attention to the interdisciplinary research of international law and theories of international relations and so on three approaches to implement.
