摘要
设计了采用DFK 33GX174工业相机的双目立体视觉汽车零件自动化分检生产线,采用Harris角点特征检测进行零件识别及判断零件的朝向,三维立体定位确定抓取点,提高零件的装配精度。实际应用表明:该生产线减短了汽车零部件分检的生产节拍,解决了对汽车装配工艺要求较高的零件方位朝向的自动识别和分检的关键问题,具有很高的可靠性和实用性,对于工业应用有一定的借鉴作用。
The automatic sorting production line of automotive components based on DFK 33 GX174 industrial camera is designed.Harris corner feature detection was used to identify the components and to determine the components orientation,three dimensional( 3 D) to locate the grab points,so as to improve the assembly precision. The actual application shows that the production line shortens automotive components sorting production cycle,which solves the key problem of automatic identification and sorting of the component orientation of parts with high requirement on automobile assembly process,what to achieve automatic detection and elimination. It has very high reliability and practicality and a certain reference value for industrial application.
