摘要
用双环戊二烯与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为原料,合成了环戊二烯丙烯酸酯混合物。实验表明,在三氯化铝催化剂的作用下,合成的环戊二烯丙烯酸酯混合物转化率高。催化剂三氯化铝用量为1.5%时最佳;采用对羟基苯甲醚和BHT复配而成的复合阻聚剂,有效地阻止了反应中的聚合副反应同时延长了产品的储存稳定性,复合阻聚剂加入量为900 ppm较适宜。环加成反应温度在10℃最佳,该温度下反应转化率达到95%以上。
With dicyclopentadiene and trimethylolpropane triacrylate as raw materials,cyclopentadienyl acrylate was synthesized. The experiments showed that the production rate was higher when aluminium muriate was as the catalyst which accounted for 1. 5% of the reaction materials. The compound system was made of 4-methoxyphenol and butylated hydroxytoluene with the same quantity,as the inhibitor effectively prevented the side effects in the reaction and prolonged the storage stability of the product. It was suitable that the inhibitor took on 900 ppm. The reaction temperature of the cycloaddition was best at 10 ℃,the conversion rate of the reaction reached over 95% at this temperature.
