摘要
运用SWOT理论,首先分析新生代90后的优势和劣势,列举了新生代90后面临的机会与威胁。然后,制定新生代90后人力资源开发的战略。最后,提出五点建议:设立弹性薪酬福利、培训与实践并重、打造个性化的团队、把握实施激励的时机、营造温馨的工作环境和适度高压的工作氛围。
On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of post-90s, the paper puts forward the relevant strategy for post-90s' human resource development and some suggestions such as flexible payment, the combination of training and practice, formation of characteristic team and favorable working atmosphere.
