摘要
脂肪间充质干细胞(ADSCs)是成体间充质干细胞,存在于脂肪组织中,因取材方便、不受伦理限制,并具有多向分化潜能、免疫调控和自主更新能力,而具有非常重要的研究和应用价值。ADSCs的低免疫原性使其能够调节T细胞,参与免疫反应。该文就ADSCs对T细胞的免疫调节作用及其应用作一综述。
The ADSCs is the adult mesenchymal stem cell, existing in the fat tissues, and it is of very important research and application value of multipotential, immunoregulation and self-updating abilities, due to convenient material drawing, without restrictions of ethics, and the low immunogenicity of ADSCs can adjust the T cells, and participate in the immunoregulation reactions, and the paper elaborates the immunoregulation effect and its application of adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells for T cell.
