摘要 某7度区超限项目由4栋141m高的高层住宅组成,属于B级高度的剪力墙结构体系,介绍了该结构体系抗震性能化设计的主要成果,为了充分把握结构在罕遇地震作用下的性能,介绍了采用弹塑性分析软件PERFORM-3D进行弹塑性动力时程分析的结果。分析结果表明,连梁率先进入塑性状态,墙肢等抗侧构件损伤较小,位移角满足规范要求,结构布置具有良好的抗震性能,能够满足抗震性能目标。 The 7-degree zone overrun project consists of 4 B-level height super high-rise residential shear wall structures with heights 141m. This article describes the main achievements of the seismic performance design of this structural system. The PERFORM-3D software is used to do nonlineartime-history analysis for this structure in order to fully understand the performance of structures underrare earthquake conditions. The result show that coupling beam is the first to enter the plastic state,thewall limbs and other anti-side components have less damage,and the displacement angle meets specification requirements. The structure has good seismic performance,meeting the requirement of performance-based seismic design.
