摘要 制备了以正二十六烷为囊芯、丙烯酸树脂为囊壁的微纳米胶囊(MNC),考察了聚合方法对MNC制备的影响。通过质量损失率和步冷曲线的测定对不同正二十六烷含量MNC的冷热循环稳定性和储热性能进行了探讨,采用偏光显微镜和SEM对粒子形貌进行了表征,用DSC测量了MNC的相变性能。结果表明,相反转乳化法-种子乳液-半连续聚合工艺是MNC制备的最佳方法,当树脂与正二十六烷质量比为1∶2.0时,质量损失率最小,MNC粒子有明显核壳结构,粒子直径1μm左右,囊芯直径约500nm,相变潜热为133.2J/g,包覆效率达83.8%,具有良好的储热效果。 The n-hexacosane@acrylic core-shell micro-nano capsules(MNC) were prepared by different polymerization method.The effects of the polymerization conditions on the performance of MNC were investigated by the determinations of mass loss ratio and cooling curve,SEM and DSC.It is found that the mass loss ratio of MNC prepared by the phase inversion emulsification-seed emulsion-semi-continuous polymerization is the least as the mass ratio of resin to n-hexacosane is 1∶2.0,the as-prepared MNC shows obvious core-shell structure with particle diameter of 1μm and core shell diameter of 500 nm.In the condition,the phase change latent heat is 133.2 J/g and the coating efficiency could reach to 83.8%.The as-synthesized MNC shows good energy storage performance.
