论“上海女逃离江西农村”网络舆情的政治隐喻——以空间发展的正义性为考察视角

On the Political Metaphor of a Public Opinion Event on the Internet——From the Perspective of Spatial Justice

"上海女逃离江西农村"虽然被证实是一则虚假新闻,但是从空间发展正义性的视角来考察这一事件,其背后所折射出的政治隐喻却是值得反思乃至警惕的:这一舆情事件反映出我国社会发展存在着严重的空间发展不平衡不正义现象。造成这一现象的原因在于我国政治制度设计和政策制定缺乏完善的权利平衡机制,导致空间发展的不平衡不正义难以得到有效的弥合和控制。解决这一问题的根本途径在于要在制度层面上遵循普惠性公正与差异性公正平衡发展的正义观,设计出能够体现尊重不同空间里人们的人身价值的确实可行的空间发展非正义性的补偿政策,以改善不同社会群体之间对立甚至相互撕裂的现状,并调整家庭、经济、社会、政治、文化等的关系和结构。

Although the news that＂a woman from Shanghai fled from the countryside of Jiangxi Prov-ince＂proves to be false, the political metaphor behind it is thought-provoking and even alarming from theperspective of spatial justice： such a public opinion event shows that severe imbalance and injustice in spa-tial development exists in China＇s social development. The cause for that lies in the lack of a right balancingmechanism in China＇s institutional designing and policy making, for which imbalance and injustice in spa-tial development fails to be compensated and controlled effectively. The fundamental solution to that prob-lem is to strike a balance between universal justice and divergent justice and design a sensible compensatingpolicy for injustice to show respect for personal value of individuals in different spaces so as to improve thecurrent opposition and split among different social groups and adjust relations and structures in family, econ-omy, society, politics and culture.
