摘要 提出基于GIS平台的智慧管廊监测、管控、运维一体化平台建设方案,通过环境监测管理、安防监控管理、消防监控管理、资产与运维管理、应急处置、大数据统计分析等功能,结合先进的BIM设计理念及三维的立体空间视角等丰富的监管手段,实现实时性强、监控集成化、流程规范化、能耗低、运营成本小的精细化管理,同时实现全生命周期内对BIM技术的最深度应用。 This paper is to propose the construction scheme of the integrated system for data acquisition,supervisory control and operation of smart urban utility tunnel. It includes functional modules such as environmental monitoring, security monitoring, fire control monitoring, asset operation and maintenance,emergency disposal and big data analysis. The system is designed with the technically advanced idea of BIM(Building Information Modeling) and 3-Dimensional spatial perspective. It is to realize low energy consumption and low operation cost of management for smart urban utility tunnel, at the same time, to realize the integrated monitoring, standardized process and fine management. The depth and usage of BIM technology needs to be maximized throughout the whole life cycle of project.
